At Home James we select only one in twenty of the drivers we interview. Every driver must undergo a meticulous screening process to insure not only that they are qualified to drive but that they also have discretion and integrity. We recognize that you place a tremendous amount of trust in our drivers to drive your car and preserve your privacy.

Once selected all our drivers are officially renamed James and must at all times speak with a British accent. To qualify prospective drivers must meet the following criteria before consideration as a Home James Personal Driver:

  • Be over the age of 25 with a minimum of 5 years driving experience
  • Have previous professional experience as a driver
  • Have a clean driving license
  • Pass background checks including DMV and criminal
  • Agree to random substance abuse tests
  • Agree to random breathalyzer testing
  • Demonstrate their driving skills with both manual and automatic vehicles
